Very Good. Some corrosion in parts. Some scratches and paint flakes. A yellow hand inside the black sheath is spring loaded, this would have been on a string of some sort which is no longer in place, but when required, would have been pulled out for some form of signal on the railways, then when the string released the hand would retreat due to being on a spring.
