Very Good. Made by JLP France. A fabulous plaque, this has three hanging loops to the rear. Around the outside it depicts a unicorn in chains, thistles, a lion, roses and a crown. The main portrait is the one and only Queen Victoria. This has some discolouration. There are scratches and some wear. A few dints which are all relatively minor. This is nothing short of fabulous!
