St Julien / (Bunch of Grapes) / Medoc all in applied seal. Deep punt to base. Wine Sealed Applied seal to shoulder. Applied lip / crudely finshed top. Green. 26 oz. 296 mm. 1860s
Very Good. 10 x 4 mm chip to the front lip. A couple of other fleabites around the lip. Scratches and scuffs over the surface. A couple of little pitted spots. Lovely crisp pictorial seal. Nice dark colour to the bottle with stretched neck. (Same bottle as sold Auction 18, Lot 998). Grade: 7.2 Estimate: $70 - 100
