Huge Deep Aqua Willington Cathedral Pickle. No base mark. Goldfields Pickle Applied top. Neck ring. Four cathedral gothic panels. Deep Aqua. 1/2 Gallon. 301 mm. 1850s
Good. Polished. Just up from base edge is a 40 mm horizontal crack which then goes up a further 30 mm. A few tiny nicks to inner lip edge. A little haze near inner base. Just a few scratches and scuff marks. What an impressive piece! Highly sought after in this Willington style, the deep aqua colour and large size make this even more impressive. Looks fantastic on display, undamaged this would not be affordable. Grade: 6 Estimate: $500 - 750
