Cherry Tooth Paste / For beautifying and preserving the teeth & gums / (Cameo of Young Queen Victoria) / Prepared by John Gosnell & Co London / Patronized by the Queen. (both with fitting bases). Pot Lid Various Both fancy domed lids with borders. Pattern around the black and white one and also to its base. 86 & 82 mm diameter. 1870s-1890s
The Shaving Cream lid is Good. Has two chips to the bottom of the flange and a chip to the edge of the face at about 5 o'clock (7 x 4 mm). Bit of stain and surface wear. Base is in good shape with some crazing. Note base is probably from a Jewsbury & Brown lid but has similar black pattern around. Queens Head lid is Excellent. Bit of stain and crazing. Small impact fracture on the bottom of the flange. Base is good with some crazing and stain. Lid has basically all the original gold border. Nice one. Grade: N/A Estimate: $70 - 100
