New / Gem. Base: C. (USA). Household. Jar. Slightly tapered jar. Screw thread with seam through lip. Dark Purple (Zapped). Quart. Fitting band and glass lid - lid is light sun coloured amethyst. 176 mm. 1920s
N/A. (N/A). Quite a crude machine made jar. Lip has a shallow 10 x 3 mm bruise on the inner right and a few other small flakes and marks. Several little flakes and marks on the screw thread. A lot of manufacturing folds and plenty of tiny bubbles in the glass. Jar has clearly been zapped to this dark colour. Lid that is with it is a nice light sun coloured amethyst. No grade given because of the zapped colour but jar itself is in Very Good shape.. Estimate: $20-40
