Good. (N/A). Although binding is loose and front cover has come off. Loose pages but all seem to be there. Most of the stain and marks is to the covers. Contents look to be pretty good overall. Included in the contents are numerous examples of advertising, lists of products and the listing of the make up of the cures themselves. Of course this was a hugely important report that led to far greater regulation of the Quack Cure industry in particular. This was part of a number of investigations and Commissions which ultimately changed the contents of and even the bottles themselves that we now collect.. Estimate: $50-75
