Repaired. (0). Top has been glued on. There has been two deep chips down the back neck also that have been filled. Some haze and scuffs. The lip used is the correct early type but it also has two small chips to the inner back. Looks good on display. Scarce and unusual early marble bottle. This variety without the makers/merchants name to the back. . Estimate: $100-200
