Very Good. (7.4). Little open bubble to upper side on one blank panel. 8 x 7 mm very fine star fracture to shoulder around to the left of the seal. There is another smaller one very hard to even see to the upper corner above one of the embossed A's. A few tiny spots of surface wear to base edge. A few scratches and minor marks. Great embossing. This is the first panel embossed one we have sold with the Ibis seal applied to the shoulder.. Estimate: $50-75
