Very Good. (N/A). Not sure on age, would suggest the latter part of the 1800s. The black paint has mostly flaked off leaving a consistent rusty appearance. The wood is stained and has some flaking as well. Still operated freely. There is a nut missing from one of the bolts. Not sure if all the nuts and bolts are original. Interesting item. Estimate: $50-75
