Eight wooden tobacco pipes: 1. Long stemmed pipe in box, marked Lectura, Genuine Briar. 2. Short pipe with metal trim wit hallmarks, also marked K & P Peterson's. 3. Short pipe shaped like a skull, marked Hand carved, imported from Italy. 4. Three piece pipe with metal cap, marked real briar to the connecting piece. 5. Pipe made from tree branches. 6. Long pipe made from tree branches with flexible join to mouth piece. 7. Three piece pipe with metal cap, marked Bruyere Garantie to the connecting piece. 8. N/A. (N/A). 1. Excellent. Is in a box, not sure if original, but box is poor anyway. Pipe itself is very good with some dust and grime, but not much else to report. 2. Very Good. Some flaking and wear around the rim of the bowl. Some dirt and grime. 3. Excellent. A few little flakes and some scratches, quite a unique looking pipe. 4. Very Good. The metal parts have some corrosion. End of the pipe looks to be a little chewed. A few knocks and marks. 5. Good. Looks to have had a mouthpiece screwed on the end which is no longer in place. Some big splits to the wood. Very interesting. 6. Very Good. Marked under bowl Real Cherry, Austria. Some flakes and minor marks. 7. Very Good. As can be seen in the photograph, the pieces move freely, the orientation is incorrect in the picture. Dint to cap. Dust and grime. Some scratches and marks. 8. Very Good. Splits to the joiner to the mouth piece. Some scratches and flakes to the varnish. Estimate: $40-60
