Good. (N/A). Wood has discolouration, stains, some knocks and marks. Split on one side of the base section. Wear through the coating in places and som flaking. Wear to the print. Has the original instructions label underneath which is discoloured, but has all the patent dates from the 1910s right up to 1927, so this would probably be late 1920s, maybe early 1930s. Roper around outside is dirty and frayed. Metal parts have quite a bit of rust. Remains a solid example of this early, unusual item. The Bissell Carpet Sweeper was first patented in 1876!
