Jas Turton / Maker. Slight remains of Hall & Sons, Norwood at the shoulder that the potter has deliberately smudged out. . Ginger Beer. Impressed. Dump. Impressed. Pale Glaze. 10 oz. 178 mm. 1870s - 1880s
Very Good. (7.9). A beauty. Quite a skinny example. The Turton stamp is nice and strong. The Hall stamp is smudged out and hard to read, but the potter didn't want you to read it! Crude bottle. Lots of making marks but doesn't actually seem to have much wear and tear at all. Estimate: $50-100
