Very Good. (7.7). AMAZING ITEM! Base is about 110 mm across and square in shape. Two of the four panels have panels of Chinese characters. Couple of characters under the base as well on two sides. Some little nibbles around the rim. One shoulder corner has a little wear. A few minor flakes around the base edge. Some grime. Some scratches and minor marks. Lid is pretty good with a badge of embossed Chinese characters as well. There is a fine crack on the rim and into the face to the edge of the badge, where it separate into two directions and continues a bit further. This cannot be seen on the inside. A few flakes around the bottom of the flange. Some rust. As is typical of Chinese wares, this is very crudely made. A wonderful item, I have never seen anything like it, the first we have seen for sale. Estimate: $500-750
