Jecovol (On top of a fish) / Woolley // Machnester. No bae mark. (United Kingdom). Tobacciana. Match Striker. Egg shape on top of flat base. Black on white and light green. 94 mm across. 1900s
Very Good. (7.3). Jecovol was a palatable egg-emulsion manufactured by Jas. Woolley, Sons & Co., Ltd. in the early 1900s. A bit of discolouration to be found. Some stain to the light green section, little flake to the edge. Lower edge has a larger shallow flake over about 5 x 4 mm. Crazing throughout. Lovely looking item, very unusual. Estimate: $50-75
