N/A. (N/A). All are as made. Copper one has a "brushed" finish. Silver has some tarnish around the edge from handling. The copper version of these were issued by the Midlands Numismatic Society in 1969 and 300 were minted by Stokes Melbourne. Individually numbered on the edge, this example if Number 7. The members of the Society however decided to also have produced something special for their own collections that would not be part of the public sale. Thus 10 sterling silver and just 5 Gold (9ct) medallions were also ordered. I'm not sure that the full set of these have ever been offered previously? Obviously only 5 such sets would even exist! At the time of cataloguing the reserve price is around the scrap price for 41 grams of 9ct gold alone.
Estimate: $2500-3500.
Reserve: $2500
