Good. (N/A). Cracked piece down at the lower right where the frame is also a bit bent. Lot of dirt on the back (there was a bit on the front too but gave it a quick clean. Sign is slightly convex, sticking out in the middle. Some wear marks to the back left mainly. A few scratches and scuffs around. Good looking sign. (Not for post.
