Good (6.0). Dull all over. 15 x 9 mm section to the front left top that looks like it has been sanded or worn down, also looks like it has been made with a bit of an indent here. Plenty of scratches and marks. Really nice deep cobalt blue. Should clean up ok. EST: $100 - 200
