1. Very Good. A little wear to the embossed writing, this may have been coloured at some stage, if so the colour has worn off. A little bit of other wear to the handle. Some scratches and minor marks. A really good example of this wine advertising corkscrew. 2. Fair. Obviously, the corkscrew is missing. A bit of wear to the writing. Some discoloured spots. W. H. Burce were wuite a large company with many stores including many of the towns along the Murray River in South Australia. 3. Good. There is another line of writing at the start which can't be read, probably says Brooke's Cordials? Patent detail are printed to one end as well, looks like the date says 1915. Stains to the wood. The print has varying degrees of wear. Handle is a little loose. Probably has something attached at one end which is no longer there, maybe a brush? Metal is rusty in places. Interesting advertising corkscrew. 4. Good. Has two attachments, a corkscrew and a curved blade, both fold out still. Some wear to the metal parts through the plating in places. Some scratches and marks. An interesting advertising corkscrew. 5. Good. Some wear. Scratches. Spots of corrosion. Interesting crown seal opener, not the usual one you see in this flat etched style.
