Excellent (8). Some inner dirt will soak out. Some outer grime should soak off. A few scratches and maybe a couple of scuff marks. One or two fisheyes. RTY of Property has some nibbled impacts, the rest of the embossing is great. Couple of nicks and some usage wear to the heel. Nice example. Estimate: $20-30
