Very Good (N/A). Very Good. Some minor bends to corners. Circle holes part way through rear cover, looks like it has been drilled into. Has handwritten notes inside at the rear and purpose made memoranda pages. Inside back cover is a pocket with cut outs and snippets to do with aerated waters recipes, etc. Inner front cover has a table of CO2 dissolved per litre of water. Also a written list sugar syrups is stuck inside. Pages are discoloured, but otherwise really good. A great item from the early 1900s at a guess which would have been used by aerated water manufacturers quite extensively to guide them down the right path. Estimate: $30-50
