Display book containing early Richmond ephemera from early 1870s through to 1910s. Ephemera, Display book containing early Richmond ephemera from early 1870s through to 1910s. Various 1870s-1910s
Excellent (N/A). There are 46 pieces of ephemera in this folder! These mostly relate to the Richmond Council, dating as far back as 1871, with several items from the early 1870s. Items include invoices from the Gair Manufacturing Co, John Anderson, there are some public health department notices including one for a case of pulmonary tuberculosis in 1918, others for Metropolitan Gas Company, the Postmaster general, Australian Portland Cement Company, Richmond Iron Works, W. J. Collins, Stonemason, The Homoeopathic Hospital, and so many more. Some are discoloured, some folds and the odd tear or two, but overall a really good and very interesting selection of ephemera. Quite a significant bunch too! Estimate: $100-150
