Very large Cathedral Pickle. Highly detailed panels to three sides. Plain arch to one side. No base mark.. Goldfields. Pickle. Square. Highly detailed arched panels to three sides. Plain arched panel to other side. Ring in neck. Applied lip. A darkish aqua. Half Gallon or more! 350 mm. 1850s - 1860s
Excellent. (8.5). A little bit of internal stain, mainly just the lower quarter of the bottle. Some dirt or cork stain on the inner lip. Bit of wear on the base. Loads of tiny bubbles, great colour and a bit more decoration than usual amongst the panels. Brilliant bottle.. Estimate: $300-400
