The Smokers – Passing the Pipe Pratt Jar with mottled background. Indented base. Household Food Jar 4oz approximately early type prattware jar. Usually used for meat paste or fish paste. Nice strong colours 96 mm. 1850s-1860s
Excellent. There is a small impact mark under the front base with a short fine crack at the front base and another similar one underneath the base. (both about 18mm long). Nice even crazing throughout with just a little bit of discolouration near the base and top. Lovely colours, nice example of a scarce jar. Grade: 8.2 Estimate: $400 - 500
