Pair of Lacey, Melbourne chemist bottles. Both embossed: J. Lacey / 171 Bourke St / Melbourne. M to base. Medicine Chemist Large one is Melbourne glassworks version of the Philadelphia Oval, very pale ice blue, 8 oz. Small bottle is Blake or Oblong shape, blue tinged aqua and about 2 oz. N/A. 1890s-1900s
No 1. is dull all over and surface of glass slightly leached. No chips or cracks however - lower end of VG. Small one has a very shallow 6 x 5 mm chip under the front base and some dullness and stain in the glass. Around VG as well. Grade: N/A Estimate: $10 - 20
