Square with tapered sides to circular base. Bright Green. 26 oz. 295 mm. 1920s
Excellent. A small flake under the collar under the lip towards the rear, only 3 x 2 mm. The base edge is quite sharply formed, and so a few nibbled chips are evident, one is at the front base, 2 x 3 mm this is a small fisheye type mark. There is a smaller nibble to the left of this and a couple of shallow and small flakes to the bottom of the left side panel. There are some unusual swirls within the glass on the side panels from the manufacture of the bottle. There are several light scuffs and surface scratches to be found including a light scratch to the right of the trade mark, as well as some grime. The right panel near the base has a probe type series of very small marks, which are very minor, at the end of this is a larger fisheye 3 x 3 mm but on the right angle it appears to go into the glass a bit. The inside of the bottle has some fine dirt. The original label has some damage, with some illegible words, but is majorly there and very interesting in showing the agents to be Cutler, Palmer & Co. Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $150 - 200
