Excellent. There is a tiny 2 x 3 mm flake off the thick seam line near the point of the base. There are some light scratches and minor scuffs around on the body of the bottle. A minor portion of the embossing has some light wear. There is a tiny nibble on the left hand seam. There is some very fine, difficult to detect haze in patches internally and a couple of tiny fisheyes on the body of the bottle. Beautifully crude bottle with loads of character. Great colour and a rare Newcastle piece. Grade: 8.75 Estimate: $600 - 800
