Excellent. The lip has wear all around and a run of little flakes that cover about 10 x 3 mm off both sides. Under the base are a handful of very shallow chips, some of which may be where clay has pulled out when the bottle was made. The main two marks here are about 10 x 4 mm and 6 x 3 mm. Also a couple of minor glaze flakes can be seen on the shoulder. Really nice treacle like glaze to the top and shoulder and a good strong stamp. Nice example. Grade: 8 Estimate: $60 - 100
