Very Good. Polished. Superb and unusual Australian patent bottle. Despite its odd shape this is simply a variant of Hogben's patent or stick stoppered bottle. Extensive polishing means the seam lines are no longer visible. The protected embossing shows some light roughness around it but really just adds a bit of character. There is a burst bubble to the front, 4 x 2 mm. A couple of scratches remain evident to the rear, with a couple of very light internal scratches as well. There are the occasional small surface fisheye type marks to be found here and there. Overall a great example of this unusual and rare patent aerated water bottle. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $2000 - 2500
