G. A. Morrow / Aerated / Ginger / Beer / Wangaratta. No potters stamp. Ginger Beer Cork Stoppered Champagne shape. Tan / Chocolate coloured top. Black print. 10 oz. 210 mm. 1920s
Very Good. Rare victorian ginger beer with this coloured top. At the front base is a large shallow chip that could actually be a part of manufacture but distracts the eye and measures 30 x 9 mm. Around from this are some small flakes that extend on from the main chip. Body of the bottle is nice with just some light scuffs and scratches and the top and neck have a very attractive coloured glaze. The top of the lip has 3 chips (as well as some minor wear). The chips measure: 6 x 3 x 1 mm to the front lip, 6 x 6 x 1 mm to the side and 10 x 3 x 2 mm to the back. Solid example. Grade: 7.35 Estimate: $150 - 250
