Near Mint. This is a very heavy bottle. On first look this bottle seems a bit dull but in fact this is mainly just from the fine bubbles and impurities through the glass. There is a surface bubble on the inner neck. This is actually a superb example with just some light scuffs/scratches here and there. Embossing is maybe a fraction light. It has generally been thought that the A base mark is for Adelaide glassworks but it now seems quite possible that in this case it stands for the Australian glassworks that operated in Brunswick during the correct period of time for this bottle to be made. Great codd bottle and very rare. Grade: 9.2 Estimate: $600 - 800
