Near Mint. There is a surface fracture on the inner lip, down to the neck ring, this is literally on the glass surface, probably an annealing mark. One tiny nibble to outer lip. A few light scuffs to the rear and a couple of small rust spots. Some very faint residue stain internally at the rear. A wonderful example of a most unusual feeding bottle.
