Excellent. Crudely applied glaze has missed in several places around the upper rim. On the right hand side rim is a black mark which has a small flake from it, probably a manufacturing fault. There is a small blow out on the front upper rim edge and another on the lower rim at the front, these are just small holes in the pottery. One tiny nick to upper rim on the front left side. Around to the left on the upper rim is a small hairline over 8 mm. The body of the crock has plenty of small indents and blow outs from making, adding to the crudity of this very nice piece. There is some minor discolouration and the odd scuff mark externally. The inside appears to have some discolouration as well. A beautiful, undamaged example of this sought after dairy crock.
