Ornate salad oil or condiment type bottle. Base Mark: (L?) & T. Household Salad Oil Spun on top. Unusual mould with three seam lines. Straight neck, down to ring around neck, series of vertical embossed lines down the neck from here, out to a square shoulder, then down to two horizontal lines with a zig zag pattern between them, a series of circles below this. Blank label space, then down towards the base are another couple of lines with zig zags between as the bottle bulges out, whereby there are another series of vertical embossed lines which bulge back in to a straight sided base, which is recessed. Near Mint. Faintest of haze in a couple of small patches. Some small and very light scuffs and scratches to be found. A small patch of surface rust on the bulge near the base. Some dirt on the inner base. A most unusual and wonderful looking bottle. Grade: 9.3 Estimate: $50 - 75
