J. H. Whamond / Lemonade / Woodend. Base: M. Aerated Water Codd Four way or Dobson type. Spun on top. Dark aqua. 10 oz. 230 mm. 1910s
Fair. This bottle would be sensational but it has a 10 x 3 mm chip to the front lip and where this has occurred is a 20 x 10 mm fractured area, also at the front lip. Rest of the bottle is sensational! Lightly dull patch to the back and a few minor marks elsewhere. Some light scuffs and scratches on close inspection. Great colour and superb heavy embossing. Ok shelf example of a rare country Victorian marble bottle. Grade: 5.1 Estimate: $20 - 30
