Excellent. The front lip appears to have had an excellent repair, it does not look big but is hard to tell the dimensions. There are some minor flakes and nibbles around the upper lip. Knock mark to right lower lip has formed a small horseshoe hairline. Very little in the way of other marks, this is a superb example. This is also one of the few examples found that has an unusual double ring impressed around the lip. What purpose this served is not known, but it would appear to have been purposefully made this way, as there are other similar examples known. Grade: 8 Estimate: $250 - 300
