Smooth, slightly indented base. Goldfields Pickle 1. Rectangular section. Groove around base. Arched panels to the two wider sides and above these are sections on the neck on both sides with two wide teardrop type designs. Applied rolled lip. Aqua. Pint. 207 mm. 2. Round section. Eight petal or teardrop decorations to the neck/shoulder. Ring around neck. Applied double collar top. Aqua. 10 oz. 277 mm. N/A. 1850s-1860s
1. Very Good. Polished. Has been quite lightly tumbled and there is still lots of surface detail to the glass. Evidence of pitting, staining and scratches over quite a bit of the surface. Lightly hazy inside. Some deeper marks on the edges. Nice looking pickle (7.3). 2. Very Good. Polished. Has been quite heavily polished. Inside is a little bit hazy and some internal stain. Seam lines are largely gone. 6 x 4 mm open bubble on the edge of the base. Some scuffs and scratches still to be seen, mainly on the bottom of the decorations around the shoulder. Minor marks around the lip. Nice enough looking bottle that is a bit harder to get in this size (7.3). Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 60
