Half size cone ink. Household Ink Dark brown salt glaze. 64 mm. 1880s
Excellent. Some glaze flakes and minor marks to upper lip, which look to be from the making process. The side has a small spot where there are a few splits, again from making. Glaze has pooled on one side under the base. A bit of rust stain. Very crudely made piece, we don't recall seeing another in this small size. Has the appearance of the Melsom ink bottles from Queensland. Grade: 8.2 Estimate: $30 - 40
