F. Peters (in a ribbon seal). Moderate punt to base. Spirits Liqueur Shouldered cylinder. Crude applied, double collar top. Red amber. Pint. 222 mm. 1850s-1860s
Very Good. Surface is dull with some slight opalescence. A few minor pinprick marks around the base edge and shoulder. Internally is some heavy dirt which has flaked off and is loose inside the bottle, but needs to be broken up into smaller pieces in order to be removed. Needs a good soak and some cleaning to remove. Seal is in great shape for one of these, gorgeous colour, great little bottle. Grade: 7.6 Estimate: $200 - 250
