Good. Cover has substantial wear, foxing to edges and tears, along with some stains internally. Most of the inner pages are quite OK, somebody has ticked some of the items, likely items they had in their collections at the time. The middle page has separated from the book, and the staples are rusty. A well used and loved book, it is time for someone else to get years of enjoyment out of it now. Grade: 6 Estimate: $20 - 30
