Mint. Great little item. A quick search shows the J. Millard Tawes signed excise stamps date from 1950-1959. Essentially the only problems with this one are some manufacturing marks and some fading, marks and tears on the labels. Overall a great little piece with lovely embossed pictorial Stork. Grade: 9.5 Estimate: $40 - 50
