Pair of Broken Hill bottles: 6 oz Codd - Emil Resch, Broken Hill, Cannington Shaw maker. Lamont: Burton Co Ltd Brewery, faint OO to base. Aerated Water Various Various Various. 1890s
Codd is Fair. Colour is not natural, this bottle has been Zapped to a brownish hue. Polished as well with some deep grinding marks around the lip and base. Oiled internally. Pitted with some heavier scratches and the like. Lamont is Fair and Polished. Lip is in poor shape however with inconsistent deep grinding and marks around it. Around the shoulder and body are 4 marks that have been sanded back but left scratched and dull. Glass is fairly dull throughout with some pitting and other marks. Grade: N/A Estimate: $20 - 30
