Constantinople Pot Lid Prattware Multi-coloured scene called "Constantinople". 82 mm. 1860s
Good. 16 x 5 mm repaired chip to outer lip, looks like an upper lip chip repair in this spot as well. Inner lip has a smaller 6 x 6 mm flake that has also been repaired. These repairs are old, the overpainting around these is discoloured. On the outer neck there is a small section of wear through the glaze. A few little glaze flakes around the print on the shoulder area, one or two scratches as well. A touch up to the repairs will leave a nice example, it looks like the repairs were reasonably minor.
