Near Mint. One of the large range of Maw's lids, this is a rarer one that you do not see very often. Small rust stain to outer front edge. Tiny surface glaze nick or scratch to outer front edge as well. The underside has four spots where the lid would have been on a stand of sorts in the kiln when being made. One of these spots has a small flake from it. The outer edge on this underside has one or two other tiny nicks. Some fine crazing. Lovely example, you won't find much better. Does not come with a base. Grade: 9.2 Estimate: $50 - 75
