Alf. I. Baud / (AIB monogram) / Nagambie // Lemonade / M. G. B. Co. No base mark. Aerated Water Codd Applied top. Two way pour Niagara style patent with four tear drops. Aqua. 13 oz. 235 mm. 1890s
Excellent. Tiny flake like mark, possibly a short scratch to the inner lip, seems to come from a small impact mark. Small fisheye to outer lip. Little scuff to outer ring of upper embossing. The rest of the front embossing is close to spotless. The rear embossing has a few spots of minor wear. Open bubble to M of MGBCo at rear heel, surface bubble above this. Small impact mark to front base edge. Some light scuffs and scratches. Some inner neck and shoulder stain at the front that looks like water stain, this will soak out and come off. These early variations prior to Baud's use of the bow and arrow trade mark are considerably harder to get. This is a prime example too. Grade: 8.3 Estimate: $200 - 250
