Very Good. The cover is tattered and torn around the edges. Some wear to the gold print as well and general fading. Internally the pages are quite good. There are some small tears and a few small stains, but generally the pages ar great. This features beautiful colour pictures of Hargreaves Street, the Town Hall, Pall Mall, Mitchell Street, Charing Cross, three images of Camp Reserve, the Easter Fair Procession in Pall Mall, a couple of images of a Bendigo Fernery, the Post Office and a couple of black and white images of Bush's Stores.
