Near Mint. On first glance we assumed polished but owner swears it is untouched. Certainly the detail is magnificent and there is an extremely light patch of haze behind the flag. Just a few light scratches to be seen. Glorious colour. A stunning example of this smaller variation of New York Hop Bitters. Grade: 9.4 Estimate: $100 - 150
