Pair of Fruit Jars, both: Trade Mark / No 1 / Lightning. No base mark. Household Jar Both are swing stopper Lightning jars. Aqua. One is a quart, the other a half gallon. 192 and 251 mm without lids. 1910s
Quart: Very Good. Bail does not go over the lid now. Lip has the usual flakes and chips that these jars have. Plenty of grime. Some surface scratches. Nice looking jar. Half Gallon: Very Good. Typical flakes and chips to lip. Lightly hazy appearance internally, this is likely mostly dirt which will wash out. A good pair of Aussie made jars. Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 40
