Excellent. A great, early American ink bottle. This has a crude dint in the lip from making. Also has a neck inclusion with no damage. Sticker residue to outer surface. Some usage wear under the base. A little dust and grime. The pontil under the base has a chip alongside, this is from making. From the famous ink collection of Bert Hayward, Bert was on the cover of the Australian Bottle Review in February 1976 with his display of inks! Grade: 8.4 Estimate: $30 - 40
