Goldfields era Salad oil or Pepper sauce. Raised square or diamond to base. Goldfields Pepper Sauce Round section. Groove below shoulder around just more than half of circumference. Scalloped shoulder with another couple of grooves. Applied double collar top. Aqua. 6 oz. 187 mm. 1860s
Very Good. Dull to most of the surface. At the back left base edge is a 12 x 5 mm horseshoe fracture with some stain in it. A few scratches and marks around but will tumble clean very well. Very unusual type. Grade: 7 Estimate: $40 - 60
